Delete your account and data

You can delete your Pocket Pilgrim account and the personal data we hold about you. Deletion is permanent.

What is deleted: your check-ins, badges, walk check-ins and awards, walk drafts, consent and policy acceptance records, leaderboard entry, favourite saint choice, submissions and review records, and profile data.

What is kept but no longer attributed to you: shared community content you contributed, such as published walks and approved stops, and Mass times you submitted (these are community information about a church, not your personal data).

Your login identity: when you confirm deletion from inside the app, your account and login identity are deleted permanently in the same step — you can no longer sign in as that account. (If you have lost access and cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you.)

On your device: anything stored only on your phone (such as a saved Private Archive) is not removed by account deletion — only you can remove that.

To complete deletion:

• If you are signed in, open the User Guide in the app and tap “Delete my account and data” at the bottom of the page.
• If you are not signed in, sign in and then use that control, or email us and we will complete the request for you.
